Ingredients

Corn starch, sugar, tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, ragi (5%), Bengal gram flour, baking powder, psyllium husk, leavening agent (INS 500(ii)), iodized salt, thickeners (INS 464 and INS 412), and nature-identical and artificial flavouring substances (vanilla).

Preparation

For 200g mix, use 200ml milk or lactose-free milk, one large egg (50g) and 2 tablespoons sunflower oil. Mix without lumps and rest for 5 minutes. Pour a ladle onto a preheated pan; flip when bubbles appear and cook until golden brown.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place, away from sunlight. After opening, transfer to an airtight container.
