Corn starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, ragi (5%), psyllium husk, iodized salt and thickeners (INS 464 and INS 412).

Preparation

The pack includes a cake preparation method using eggs, sugar, sunflower oil, baking powder and flavourings. Follow the illustrated pack directions; this is a flour mix, not a ready-to-eat cake.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place, away from sunlight. After opening, transfer to an airtight container.
