The Lite Cart is the online home of Elite — the long-established South Indian bakery and milling brand behind the plum cakes, pudding cakes, brownies, rusks and breakfast mixes found in homes across Kerala and beyond. We bring that range together in one place and deliver it across India, in sealed packs, to your door or to someone you want to treat.

What we sell

Cakes. Elite's plum cakes — Classic, Surprise and Delight — for the festive table; soft fruit pudding cakes in banana, carrot, dates, jackfruit and pineapple; and plain marble and tea cakes for everyday.

Brownies and cookies. Individually wrapped Dreams Choco and Fruit n Nut brownies, eighteen to a box. Cashew almond, rich butter and choco chip cookies. Milk, wheat and classic rusks.

Gifts and hampers. The same cakes and brownies, curated into boxes with a reason to exist — a plum cake trio for Christmas, a brownie box for the office, a tea-time set for a host — each item sealed in its own pack inside the gift carton.

Reliteaur gluten-free mixes. A dedicated range of chapathi, pancake and multipurpose mixes, each pack labelled gluten-free.

Pantry. Elite's milling range — chakki atta, maida, rava, rice powder, puttupodi and idiyappam podi — for households that want the brand they grew up with, wherever they now live.

How we deliver

Orders placed before 11 am on a working day are packed the same day and handed to our courier partner. You receive a tracking link by email and SMS. Delivery is ₹100 on orders up to ₹999 and free on orders above ₹999, for serviceable India locations.

Every cake, brownie and cookie pack is factory-sealed. Please refer to the individual product packaging for ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and best-before information.
